## Weekend & MMEs CoordinatorApply: Southlake, TX: Full time: Posted 3 Days Ago: R4031**Job Summary:** The Weekend and MME Coordinator keeps the administrative, systems, and Serve Team logistics of the department moving. This role coordinates registrations, calendars, rooms, requests, purchasing paperwork, volunteer recruiting and scheduling, campus information, and event records for weekend services and Major Ministry Events. Working from the Manager's overall plan and with the Specialist on in-person training needs, the Coordinator makes sure people have accurate information and details are carried through to completion. **Principal Job Responsibilities:*** Coordinates logistical and administrative details for weekend services and Major Ministry Events in support of the overall event plan* Maintains the department event calendar, room reservations, resource requests, and key logistical deadlines* Coordinates event registrations, including setup, reporting, attendee communication, and support for campus needs* Handles purchase requisitions, check requests, expense reports, and invoices within approved processes and thresholds* Prepares, updates, and distributes event documents, approved run sheets, signage requests, and printed materials* Actively recruits and coordinates Serve Team members across campuses for assigned events; owns scheduling, volunteer communication, records, and follow-through in partnership with the Manager and Specialist* Works with the Specialist to prepare volunteers for training and event-day assignments, and supports retention and appreciation efforts* Submits and tracks requests to Property Management, Live Production, Communications, Food and Beverage, Safety Services, and other partner departments, following up on the requirements and timelines established in the event plan* Maintains event records, attendance and registration data, Serve Team information, and post-event documentation* Helps improve the use of Rock RMS for event planning, registration, and Serve Team processes in partnership with the teams responsible for that system* Orders and maintains event supplies and materials* Serves as an accessible point of contact for campuses and departments on weekend and MME logistics, deadlines, and information* Supports event setup, on-site logistics, and teardown* Is present and serving at churchwide events and at weekend services as the ministry calendar and assigned responsibilities require* Performs other duties as assigned.*As a member of the Gateway Church team, this position is expected to support, recruit, and develop Serve Team members, and to serve alongside the broader team as ministry and organizational needs arise.* **General Skills & Qualifications:*** A clear passion for Jesus and a strong biblical foundation* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many details and competing priorities* Detail-oriented, with dependable follow-through on registrations, requests, records, and paperwork* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear communication with volunteers and campus teams* Ability to recruit, coordinate, and encourage Serve Team members across multiple campuses* Able to build positive working relationships across departments and follow requests to completion* Comfortable learning and improving event, registration, and volunteer workflows in Rock RMS and other systems* Flexible and solution-oriented when schedules and plans change, with good judgment about priorities and capacity* Strong time-management skills under a weekend- and event-driven rhythm* Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and function within new software and systems**Education/Certification(s):*** High school diploma or equivalent, and two or more years of administrative, event, or coordination experience — required* Bachelor's degree — preferred* Prior experience in a church, nonprofit, or event environment — preferred**General Physical Requirements:** The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
