Gateway Church is seeking a Weekend and MME Coordinator to manage administrative, systems, and Serve Team logistics for weekend services and Major Ministry Events. You will coordinate registrations, calendars, rooms, and volunteer scheduling, ensuring information flows from planning to on-site execution.
Working with the Manager and Specialist, you will recruit Serve Team members, train volunteers, manage event records, and help improve Rock RMS workflows.
Job Summary: The Weekend and MME Coordinator keeps the administrative, systems, and Serve Team logistics of the department moving. This role coordinates registrations, calendars, rooms, requests, purchasing paperwork, volunteer recruiting and scheduling, campus information, and event records for weekend services and Major Ministry Events. Working from the Manager's overall plan and with the Specialist on in-person training needs, the Coordinator makes sure people have accurate information and details are carried through to completion.
High school diploma or equivalent, and two or more years of administrative, event, or coordination experience — required Bachelor's degree — preferred Prior experience in a church, nonprofit, or event environment — preferred
