Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Resident Concierge in Charlotte, NC. You will greet residents and prospects, build relationships, and personalize every interaction to make people feel at home.

You’ll handle event planning, community engagement, and ensure a consistently excellent resident experience while maintaining front desk operations and logistics. This role includes weekend/evening shifts and potential bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance with a welcoming presence.
• Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
• Strong eye for detail and anticipating customers’ needs.
• Customer-focused mentality and service-driven.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solving problems and providing timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Event planning and execution of community-engaging activities.
• Build brand loyalty through a consistently positive experience.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media.
• Encourage residents to share positive reviews online.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club room reservations and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on the shift.
