You will manage front desk interactions, assist with events, and support a welcoming community across NoVA markets including Arlington, Alexandria, Falls Church and Reston.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sharp professional appearance.
• Competent with various software, apps and computer programs.
• Eye for detail and anticipating customer needs.
• Customer-focused mentality.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects with care.
• Plan and execute events to foster community and engagement.
• Build brand loyalty with consistently positive experiences.
• Generate awareness and interest via social media.
• Encourage reviews on social networks.
• Organize front desk logs, package rooms, club reservations and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings depending on shift.
