Job summary

Support Solutions is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM in Selmer, TN. The role involves assisting individuals with disabilities to lead self-directed lives, implementing ISP goals, and supporting community integration.

You will provide personal care, accompany to appointments, maintain records, and help with daily living activities while adhering to our safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read and write effectively.
• Must have a valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Must meet state/local background, abuse registry, and other checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and routines.
• Provide personal care assistance and support ISP outcomes.
• Ensure safe transportation to events, jobs, and appointments.
• Document shift notes and maintain electronic records.
• Support individuals in community integration and activities.
