Job summary

Support Solutions in Selmer, TN is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities on Saturdays and Sundays from 7AM to 7PM. The role offers weekly pay at starting $15.37 per hour, with a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days and a $300 referral bonus for successful referrals.

This position emphasizes safety, dignity, and supporting community integration. Responsibilities include promoting independence, documenting progress, and providing personal care and daily living

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to read and write effectively.
• HS diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Meet state/local background checks and required screenings.
• Complete required trainings and keep them current.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily routines per the ISP and support plan.
• Support the person in community integration with person-centered help.
• Ensure safe transport using company or public transportation.
• Manage personal funds, vehicles, utilities, and supplies as needed.
• Attend trainings and complete daily shift notes in electronic records.
• Assist with meals and daily living activities to foster independence.
