Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to read and write effectively.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a valid driving record.
• Must meet state and local criminal background checks and related screenings.
• Must meet all training requirements and keep training current.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily routines per the ISP.
• Respect client dignity and empower self-directed choices.
• Support community integration and activities of the person served.
• Ensure safe transport using company or public vehicles when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper use of agency resources.
