This role requires patience, good communication, ability to document, drive occasionally, and maintain confidentiality. Training provided; may involve weekends or evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to read/write effectively.
• ECF staff must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily routines according to ISP goals.
• Ensure safety and empowerment, promoting self-directed activities and community integration.
• Provide transportation to events, appointments, and activities as needed with agency or personal vehicles.
