Job summary

Support Solutions seeks a Direct Support Professional for Saturday and Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM, in Selmer, TN. You will empower individuals with disabilities to lead self-directed lives and participate in activities that promote independence.

The role includes assisting with personal care, transportation, meal prep, and documentation, with weekly pay at $15.37 starting and bonus opportunities like a $300 sign-on after 90 days and a $300 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read and write effectively.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable driving record.
• Must meet state/local background checks and training requirements.
• Must meet all training requirements and keep training current.

Responsibilities

• Supports the person supported with personal care and daily routines to achieve ISP goals.
• Helps integrate the person supported into the community with person-centered supports.
• Assists with safe transport using agency or personal vehicles or public transit.
• Manages resources and ensures proper use of funds, vehicles, and equipment.
• Attends trainings and documents shift notes in electronic records.
• Helps with meals, housekeeping, and activities of daily living to promote independence.
