Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid NYS Driver's license.
• SCIP and Adult CPR certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times per hour.
• Willingness to work in a team and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Administers medication and follows OPWDD guidelines.
• Provides ADL support and teaches daily living skills.
• Supervises meals, dressing, hygiene, and mobility tasks.
• Maintains logs for nursing, medication, and safety records.
• Assists with transportation to community activities and medical appointments.
• Participates in training such as CPR and SCIP; attends staff meetings.
