Job summary

HELP Foundation is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for the Seven Hills location. The role involves caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, administering medications, and supporting daily living activities in residential settings.

Training and certifications are encouraged, with opportunities to advance. Starting pay is $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, with OnDemand Pay access and comprehensive healthcare benefits beginning after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and good reading/writing abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal charting and record keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall care in residential facilities under supervision.
• Administer medications and monitor health, including vitals.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Document services accurately and maintain records.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community events.
