SEVEN HILLS FOUNDATION INC. seeks a Direct Support Professional II - Asleep Overnight to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. This role includes providing daily care, teaching life skills, and following ISP/Behavior Plans in a residential setting.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with differential pay for different locations. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with employer match, student loan assistance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Active US driver license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
