Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional II – Awake Overnight to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities.

You will provide daily support, help with life skills, follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans, assist with personal care and medications, and accompany clients to appointments. This role offers competitive pay ($20.50–$24.50 awake hours; additional differentials by location) and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
• Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff.
