Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or brain injury. The DSP will provide daily living support, including personal care, meal prep, and community participation, while following individualized plans.

The role emphasizes patient, compassionate care in a supportive environment. Part-time schedules and comprehensive benefits for eligible employees are highlighted, with starting pay at $20.50 per hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Valid driver’s license – class C or D1 – with up to 3 years of related experience.
• Experience in administering medications or supporting self-medication per guidelines.
• Experience in caregiving or community-based care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day services to program participants.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and toileting.
• Assist with household maintenance, meal prep and shopping.
• Administer medications or support self-medication as directed.
• Follow routines including Behavior Support Plans and physical therapy when required.
