Job summary

Support Solutions seeks a Direct Support Professional for Saturday and Sunday nights (7 PM – 7 AM) in Dyersburg, TN. You will assist individuals with disabilities, following their ISP, and help them live more self-directed lives within a safe, engaging community.

Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality are essential. A valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, and CPI training are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to read and write effectively.
• Must have a valid driver license and maintain acceptable driving record.
• Must meet state and local background checks and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist persons with personal care and daily routines toward outcomes.
• Provide safe transport to events, jobs, and medical appointments.
• Document shift notes and maintain electronic records as required.
• Support housework, meals, and activities of daily living as directed.
