Job summary

SRVS is looking for a passionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Memphis, TN, to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this part-time role, you will assist with daily living activities and support personal goals under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, is 18+, and possesses a valid driver's license. We offer daily pay options, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license from TN, AR, or MS.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily hygiene, bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs as needed.
• Prepare meals and cook as required.
• Transport individuals within the community.
• Administer medication (for Community Living settings only).
