Job summary
Imagine the Possibilities Inc. is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals in Corning, Iowa for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM within a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) setting.
The role includes comprehensive benefits with competitive wages and on-demand pay. You will collaborate with the care team to help individuals reach personal goals, implement behavioral strategies, and document services daily.
Qualifications
- Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) 8:00–20:00.
- Strong documentation and compliance mindset.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HCBS Supervisor and Programmer to develop individualized goals and provide direct support.
- Use approved behavioral strategies to support individuals while respecting rights.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in Setworks and ensure required service details are recorded daily.
- Provide hands-on support in home and community settings, including daily living assistance and transportation.
- Administer and document medications per the six rights and follow agency policies.
