Responsibilities
- Collaborate with supervisors and programmers to develop individualized goals and provide direct support that promotes independence.
- Use approved behavioral strategies to support individuals while respecting rights.
- Complete accurate, timely Iowa Code–compliant documentation in Setworks and record interventions daily.
- Provide hands-on support in home and community settings, including daily living and transportation.
- Administer and document medications per the six rights and maintain reliable attendance.
