Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered support in home and community settings across Iowa.

You will collaborate with the care team to help individuals achieve goals and participate in daily activities with safe, respectful guidance. Entry-level position with strong training, competitive wages starting at $17/hour, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with comprehensive training provided.
• Able to read and follow Iowa Code compliant documentation.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team and individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Goal input and person-centered support with individualized goals.
• Behavioral and rights-based support within approved plans.
• Documentation and compliance in Setworks with daily updates.
• Direct care and community integration including daily living assistance and transportation.
• Medication administration and scheduling following the six rights and agency policies.
