• Goal Input & Person-Centered Support: develop individualized goals and provide direct support that promotes independence.
• Behavioral & Rights-Based Support: apply approved strategies while respecting rights per team plans.
• Documentation & Compliance: complete Iowa Code–compliant documentation in Setworks daily.
• Direct Care & Community Integration: provide hands-on support in home and community settings.
• Medication, Scheduling & Professional Responsibility: administer meds per six rights and maintain attendance.
