Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage and crisis intervention over the crisis line.
• Conduct risk assessments for suicide/homicide and initiate referrals as needed.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and partners to develop stabilization plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and access community resources.
