Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane, WA is seeking a Crisis Triage Specialist to provide immediate telephone crisis intervention for youth, adults and families facing behavioral health crises. You will assess risk, coordinate resources, and support stabilization efforts.

Working within NCQA and SCRBH-ASO standards, you will conduct follow-up calls and assist with referrals to mobile crisis teams and community resources, contributing to safer outcomes for the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health field.
• Two years of crisis intervention experience preferred.
• Knowledge of all WAC and RCW requirements for crisis services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage services to individuals seeking assistance or referrals for crisis services.
• Complete risk assessments to determine suicide/homicide risk and immediate needs.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients and support systems.
• Maintain confidential documentation and access resources to support client needs.
