Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane, WA is seeking a Crisis Triage Specialist to provide telephone crisis intervention and evaluation for youth, adults, and families in behavioral health crisis. You will conduct risk assessments, collaborate with partners, and support stabilization with viable, less restrictive options when appropriate.

Salary ranges reflect a base hourly wage with a 10.98% shift differential for weekend hours.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health related field; must apply for CAAR credential within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of experience serving individuals with behavioral health needs preferred; crisis intervention experience valued.
• Knowledge of WAC/RCW requirements for Crisis care.
• Strong engagement, empathy, and professional communication with diverse populations.

Aufgaben

• Provide telephone crisis intervention services to individuals in crisis; triage and assess risk.
• Conduct risk assessments for suicide or homicide and refer to appropriate resources.
• Develop stabilization and safety plans with clients and support systems.
• Maintain timely and confidential documentation; adhere to NCQA SCRBH‑ASO standards and 988 Lifeline guidelines.
