Frontier Behavioral Health seeks a Crisis Triage Specialist for the Mobile Dispatch Unit in Spokane. You will conduct telephone triage and crisis assessments for youth, adults, and families, coordinating with partners to provide timely crisis response and safety planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's in behavioral health or related field, and ideally two years in crisis intervention with risk assessments. On-site, weekday schedule with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Two years of experience in behavioral health preferred.
• Crisis intervention experience including risk assessments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide telephone triage services for crisis intervention and community stabilization.
• Complete risk assessments to determine suicide/homicide risk and appropriate immediate actions.
• Manage multiple calls professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Develop initial stabilization and safety plans and dispatch as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation supporting safety plans.
• Access community resources to address client needs.
• Participate in quality improvement teams and trainings.
