Proof of the Pudding at Road Atlanta in Braselton, GA is hiring for part-time kitchen roles. Shifts run Thursdays through Sundays with on-site work and competitive pay. Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen; catering experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation/food service; understanding of production sheets and task execution.
• Short order/restaurant experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain highest level of food quality and consistency.
• Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen/food service areas.
• Implement creative menu items that adhere to Proof of the Pudding standard.
• Maintain the highest level of service.
• Assist with inventory management, cooler/freezer stocking, and receiving/organizing food orders.
