The on-site fast, casual dining restaurant is hiring for shifts on Thursdays-Sundays. These positions offer competitive pay, leadership opportunities, and flexible weekend schedules. Road Atlanta is host to, and has working opportunities for major events like Motul Petit Le Mans, Drift Atlanta, and the The Mitty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining the highest level of food quality and consistency
  • Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen/food service areas
  • Implement creative menu items that adhere to the Proof of the Pudding standard
  • Maintaining the highest level of service

Specialized Skills

Work Environment

This position will be stationed at Road Atlanta. This position will spend the majority of time in the kitchen working with typical kitchen equipment including knives, electrical mixers, ovens, hot pans, and more.

Uniform Requirements

Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.

Non-slip shoes are necessary.

Physical Demands
  • Prolonged periods of standing, moving through a kitchen space
  • Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items
  • Ability to perform physical tasks; such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
