Ciel Senior Living in Princeton, NJ is seeking a courteous Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, coordinate tours, answer a multi-line phone, and provide clerical support to the administrative staff. This position forms the first impression of the community.

You will assist residents, families, and guests with general requests, manage mail and office duties, and help maintain a welcoming, organized reception area. Strong English skills and Microsoft Office experience are preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand the English language, and follow written or oral instructions.
• Able to make independent decisions and remain calm during emergencies.
• Able to deal professionally with residents, visitors and staff, and follow administrative guidelines.
• Experience using computer software (Microsoft).

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate offices or residents.
• Assist residents, family members, and guests with general requests.
• Arrange tours of the property for visitors or scheduled appointments.
• Answer telephones, record and relay information.
• Maintain reception area and ensure literature is current and lobby is tidy.
• Perform clerical duties for property staff as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in dining room serving resident meals as needed.
• Support marketing efforts through cordial interactions during tours and calls.
