The role emphasizes hospitality, empathy and teamwork as you manage phone calls, coordinate transportation, and assist with event setup while ensuring clear communication across departments. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office for daily tasks.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Strong initiative and critical thinking.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages.
• Collaborate with departments for effective communication.
• Monitor access and kiosk sign-in; respond to emergencies.
• Schedule transportation and event/guest reservations; assist with setup.
• Record maintenance work orders in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficiency.
