Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring a Part-Time Concierge to greet residents, families, vendors and guests with warmth and professionalism. You will handle phones, coordinate transportation, and assist with events while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong English communication, multitasking, and reliable attendance in a fast-paced setting designed to support seniors’ well-being.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications for daily tasks.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Initiative with strong critical-thinking skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Professional, pleasant, and team-oriented attitude.
• Reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, confidentially and with empathy.
• Log and coordinate package distribution.
• Collaborate with departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor access and kiosk sign-in, respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule resident transportation and coordinate trips and event reservations.
• Record maintenance work orders in an electronic system.
• Maintain organized workspace for efficiency and first impressions.
