The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, strong verbal and written English, solid MS Office skills, and a customer-focused, reliable attitude.

• Proven experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to perform job-related tasks.

Responsibilities
