Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Concierge for Saturday and Sunday 2:30pm-8:00pm to act as the first contact for residents, families, vendors and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with administrative tasks and foster a welcoming, safe environment for seniors.

The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and thrives in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with MS Office, strong English communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Demonstrates initiative with strong critical thinking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally.
• Address inquiries and requests promptly, reliably and confidentially with empathy and dignity.
• Log and coordinate distribution of packages as appropriate.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor community access and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule resident transportation and coordinate events and guest meals.
• Record maintenance work orders in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to promote efficiency and first impressions.
