Job summary

Artis Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 11am-7:30pm). The Concierge will manage the reception area and provide administrative support for the Business Office, Marketing, and the Executive Director, delivering hospitality to residents and families.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and emphasizes professional presentation, confidentiality, and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents’ and family members’ questions and concerns and share important information with the Director, Business Services and Executive Director or another supervisor as appropriate.
• Greeting and directing all visitors in a professional and helpful manner.
• Answer all incoming calls within three rings and triage inquiries, transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
• Monitor and maintain all business office areas for cleanliness, including community entrance, front lobby, conference rooms, beverage stations, and administrative restroom.
• Organize incoming mail and ensure that it is distributed to the appropriate person.
