Job summary

Geer Corporation is hiring a part-time Concierge to coordinate personal services for residents, families, visitors, and the public. The role includes greeting visitors, directing requests, and handling reservations and events, with a Saturday-Sunday every other weekend 8 am–3 pm schedule.

• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel or resident.
• Acknowledge and greet all residents and visitors in a timely manner and respond to questions regarding services, building issues and events.
• Be knowledgeable of and carry out building safety procedures.
• General administrative and clerical support.
• Type memos, notices, calendars, menus and post or distribute as required.
• Assist with package deliveries.
• Maintain staff meal ticket program.
