Comstock is seeking a concierge to embody hospitality excellence for residents. You will deliver exceptional service, greet guests, and anticipate needs with care and professionalism.

The role emphasizes a friendly, reliable presence, maintaining a tidy reception, answering inquiries, and coordinating building amenities. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and sense of urgency.
• Able to multitask and prioritize with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class “A” customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests, and prospects.
• Keep reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the building.
• Handle incoming calls and direct to correct destination.
• Coordinate amenity space reservations and loading activities.
• Conduct daily building walks and address maintenance needs.
• Work scheduled shifts; perform other duties as needed.
