Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly welcome residents, families, and guests while guiding inquiries and tours. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a friendly, professional experience and coordinating with multiple departments to meet resident needs.

The role requires strong customer service and hospitality skills, 18+ years of age, and ability to work Saturdays and Sundays evenings. Competitive part-time pay and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred; on-the-job training can be provided if the right aptitude and attitude exist.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete required Background clearance, health screening and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).
• Must possess the ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with residents, families, and guests.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome & First Impressions: Greet residents, families, visitors and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Customer Engagement: Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and creating a smooth experience for residents and families.
• Communication Hub: Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously, providing accurate information.
• Resident & Family Support: Respond to questions and requests from residents and families, coordinating with other departments.
• Community Coordination: Stay informed about daily activities and events to share information proactively.
• Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment following established safety standards and policies.
• Compliance: Understand and follow regulations and company policies.
• Teamwork: Promote teamwork and open communication across MBK teams.
