Job summary

Arvum Senior Living, LLC is seeking a part-time concierge to work Saturdays and Sundays at our senior living community. The role involves greeting guests, assisting residents, managing calls, and providing information with a warm, professional demeanor.

Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm on both Saturdays and Sundays. On-site duties include keeping reception area neat, coordinating messages, and supporting dining and activities staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees; manage calls and messages.
• Take complete messages and relay to the appropriate recipient.
• Assist with directions and information for residents and visitors.
• Keep reception and desk area organized and neat.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments as needed.
• Assist with mail distribution and move-in/move-out logs.
