MBK Senior Living is hiring a part-time Concierge to greet residents and guests, manage inquiries, and coordinate with teams to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming reception area.

The role supports sales by guiding tours, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for residents and families. It requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with a flexible, customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background/health screening.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome & First Impressions: greet residents, families, visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Customer Engagement: direct inquiries, welcome tours, ensure a positive experience for residents and guests.
• Communication Hub: answer calls promptly and courteously with accurate information.
• Resident & Family Support: assist residents and families, coordinate with other departments.
• Community Coordination: stay informed about daily activities and services to answer inquiries.
• Operational Support: handle administrative tasks, mail, packages, and reception area.
• Safety: maintain a safe environment following policies.
• Teamwork: foster collaboration and align with MBK values.
