Job summary

Artis Senior Living in Herndon, VA is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our reception and front desk team. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, and support the Marketing and Resident Services teams with administrative tasks.

This part-time role offers an 11am-7:30pm Friday and Saturday schedule, exposure to a dementia-care focused community, and benefits including PTO, paid holidays, 401k with match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residents’ and families’ questions and concerns; share information with leadership as appropriate.
• Greet and direct all visitors professionally.
• Answer incoming calls within three rings; triage inquiries; transfer calls or take messages as needed.
• Monitor and maintain all business office areas for cleanliness.
• Assist with telephone inquiries when Marketing staff are unavailable.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team (move-in paperwork, tours, marketing collateral).
• Maintain community resource information library and collateral for residents and families.
• Follow policies on safety, attendance, and resident confidentiality.
