Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a Part-Time Concierge for Sundays 7am–7pm with PRN availability during the week. You will be the first friendly face for residents, families and guests, ensuring a welcoming, helpful environment and smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, coordinating transportation, activities, and appointments, and supporting admin tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 6–12 months of frontline customer service or front desk experience in a hotel, retirement community, or office setting.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors and vendors at the front desk.
• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct inquiries as needed.
• Assist residents with scheduling transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with data entry, scheduling, or light clerical work.
• Order office supplies and manage visitor logs.
• Address concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Complete work order requests.
