Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a part-time concierge to greet guests, residents, and staff on Saturdays and Sundays. The role includes handling calls, messages, and basic information for visitors, with on-site support in a senior living community in Liberty, Missouri.

Hours are 8:00am-4:00pm on both weekend days, with on-the-job training provided and opportunities for growth within a large senior living organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family; tallies meal count sheets for the Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In/Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (e.g., hairdresser, transportation).
• Maintains desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
