Seaton Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to support daily operations at our Maryland community. You will handle front-desk reception, answer calls, greet residents, and assist with scheduling, mail distribution, and message coordination.

The role emphasizes customer service experience, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and adherence to community policies. Flexible scheduling is offered, with opportunities for advancement within our growing organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Ability to greet residents and visitors and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and reception duties as required.
• Take complete messages with pertinent information for recipients.
• Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries and provide directions.
• Collate brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for dining staff.
• Update resident lists, rosters, move-in/move-out registers, and logs.
• Coordinate appointments for residents and family members.
• Maintain a neat desk and entry area.
• Distribute mail to residents and staff.
• Maintain resident forms for credits and follow company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
