Job summary

RM Management in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a part-time Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service for residents and clients. You will handle administrative tasks and act as the first impression of the community during weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include answering phones, helping new hires and residents, handling mail and invoices, coordinating orientations, and supporting events and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Experience with senior adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming community phone calls and relay messages.
• Assist residents and visitors with excellent customer service.
• Schedule and complete New Hire Paperwork for new employees.
• Coordinate orientation with the Executive Director for all new hires (except Nursing).
• Manage mail and invoices; assist with billing tasks.
• Support Marketing events and outreach.
• Assist Sales and Marketing Director with tours and data entry.
