Provincial Senior Living in the United States is seeking a Concierge to greet guests, residents, and employees, manage calls, messages, and provide general information.

Responsibilities include answering phones, taking messages, greeting visitors, coordinating with marketing brochures, preparing meal tickets, updating lists, scheduling resident appointments, organizing the desk, distributing mail, maintaining forms, and adhering to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Carries out reception duties and answers external and internal calls.
• Takes complete messages and communicates them to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collaborates with the marketing department by collating brochures.
• Prepares meal tickets and tallies meal counts for the dining staff.
• Maintains daily/update relevant lists and sign-in logs.
• Manages resident appointments (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Keeps desk and entry area neat and organized; distributes mail.
• Maintains resident forms and adheres to company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
