Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1 year concierge or high-end customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends; holidays required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide Class A customer service and build rapport with tenants.
• Meet and greet tenants, guests and prospects.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable; stock supplies.
• Respond to tenant questions and complaints promptly.
• Control building access for authorized individuals.
• Direct incoming calls to appropriate destinations.
• Coordinate reservations for amenity spaces and loading areas.
• Perform daily building walks and address maintenance items.
• Work scheduled shifts; perform other duties as needed.
