Job summary

Planned Companies’ team is hiring Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure welcoming, safe experiences for tenants and visitors in the Philadelphia area.

Greet and assist guests, coordinate with vendors, and manage access and mail while delivering excellent customer service on on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of concierge experience.
• Desire to provide a warm welcome to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors on entry to the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants for personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction to local entertainment, dining, and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones and monitor lobby; manage keys and access cards.

• On-Call (No set schedule)
• MUST have availability 2nd/3rd shifts (3pm-11pm) + (11pm-7am) *including one weekends day*
• Hourly Pay: 22.00
• Location: Philadelphia area

Summary

Planned Companies’ clients realize welcoming tenants, guests and vendors is as important as how the property is kept presentable and safe. To provide this, Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring motivated, courteous and knowledgeable Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure the best experience and related services are provided and available to all.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized and unique experiences based on their personalities, lifestyles, needs, and expectations including:
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and helps access local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, sporting events, tourist attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby as well as maintain and control keys & access cards.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Concierge experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.
