Bozzuto seeks a Weekend Daytime Concierge to welcome residents and prospects, build relationships and ensure a stellar arrival experience. You will personalize interactions, know customers' preferences, and assist with packages and events.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hospitality or retail, strong communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. A bonus program may apply, with weekend scheduling as a core feature.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a hospitality, retail, travel or hotel environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and handle physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Schedule of every Saturday and Sunday from 7am-3pm.
• Solve problems and provide timely assistance to residents and prospects.
• Plan events to engage residents and foster community.
• Maintain a consistently positive experience and brand loyalty.
• Generate awareness via social media and encourage reviews.
• Organize front desk logs, packages, reservations and freight elevators.
• Work weekends or evenings as shifts require.
