Job summary

WHITERIVERALF is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide daily care to residents in accordance with assessment and care plans. You will use PCC to verify resident information, assist with meals, and report changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring resident safety, greeting residents, and helping with activities of daily living. You will work with nursing staff to deliver compassionate, compliant care while protecting resident privacy.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per the resident's care plan.
• Greet residents and escort them to their rooms.
• Document all notes, SPAs, and incident reports accurately.
• Report changes in residents' conditions to Health and Wellness Director.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report any unauthorized disclosures.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as trained.
• Monitor for pressure areas and skin integrity; report concerns.
• Follow policies and procedures and cooperate with staff to meet resident needs.
