Job summary

WHITERIVERALF in Enumclaw, WA is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents according to individual care plans and supervision. You will assist with activities of daily living, maintain accurate records, and support a calm, warm environment on shift.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to supervisors, protecting resident privacy, and cooperating with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents per care plan and supervisor directions.
• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information when assisting with ADLs, meals, etc.
• Report all changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director promptly.
• Record entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Notify Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director of accidents or incidents observed during shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any violations.
• Assist residents with dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and other personal care tasks.
• Ensure resident rooms are prepared (beds made, linens in place) and greet escort residents to rooms.
