Job summary

Assisted Living On Jensen seeks a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents per their assessment and care plans. You will use PCC for resident information, report changes to the Health and Wellness Director, and maintain accurate notes and incident reports while protecting resident privacy.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, helping residents with meals, mobility and transfers, making beds, and ensuring a warm, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with managers and employees.
• Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information and report changes to Health and Wellness Director.
• Record entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and report incidents of unauthorized disclosure.
• Assist residents with ADLs, meals, mobility, and transfers as trained.
