Job summary

WHITERIVERALF in Washington state is seeking a caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and supervisor directions.

You will use PCC to verify resident information, report changes to the Health and Wellness Director, and document entries clearly. Maintain a safe, warm environment and support residents with meals, mobility, and personal care.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately.
• Strong communication and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per care plan.
• Use PCC to verify resident information (ALDS, meals, etc.).
• Report changes in resident condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Document entries accurately in notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
• Maintain resident room readiness and comfort.
• Assist with moving, transfers, and daily activities.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow infection control and safety policies.
